BiblioPay is an online payment interface created by CELECT for the ease of fine payments across libraries in India.

The idea is to provide a simple to use intuitive interface through which a library patron can make the payments to its library with involving hard cash. This first of its kind system is intended to help libraries collect fines easily without worrying about the underlying complexities.

  • Cashless Transactions : Use of modern payment gateways helps to make smooth Cashless Transactions across the system so that the library does not need to manage the cash once the fine is collected. It also means that patrons and the library does not need to look out for loose cash / change while transacting.
  • Automated Updating : The payments which are made by the Patron towards the Library are updated automatically by the BiblioPay system without any manual intervention in the Library LMS software.
  • Automated Settlement : The payments which are made by the Patron towards the Library are settled automatically by the BiblioPay system without any manual intervention towards the bank account of the library.
  • Minimal Charges : The system provides all the automation systems with very minimal charges depending upon total volume and payment turnover of the library.
