Touchscreen tablets and panels for fine payment in libraries using UPI / credit / debit cards.
Fine payment and receipts can both be nuisances for library patrons as well as staff. With the new and innovative automation method developed by CELECT, you can eliminate this step and simply make payment through digital sources.
biblioPay Works in 4 easy steps
Member shall enter his/her Membership ID into the system.
The system shall connect with the LMS and fetch member information details.
Membership details of the member shall be taken from the LMS system and shown for verification.
Upon confirmation of membership details the user shall click on "Pay Fine", to generate a UPI based QR Code.
Once details are verified the system shall showcase a QR code for fine payment.
The member can pay the fine using any of the UPI based QR code payments app on his/her smart phone.
Once the user makes the payment using the UPI app, the payment shall be realised and a unique transaction number shall be generated by the system.
Once the transaction is completed, the system shall send email alerts to member/library and internally mark the fine paid in LMS.
